Mr. Claus V. Hemmingsen has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. He also serves as the Chairman of HusCompagniet A/S, Innargi Holding A/S, and Ramboll A/S. Mr. Hemmingsen is also the Board member of A.P. Moller Holding A/S, A.P. Moller og Hustru Chastine Mc-Kinney Mollers Fond til almene Formaal, Den A.P. Mollerske Stottefond, Fonden Mærsk Mc-Kinney Moller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping, Global Maritime Forum Fonden and Noble Corporation Plc.

Mr. Torbsen Carlsen has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Partner of Odin Equity Partners; and a Director and Partner of Polaris Private Equity. Mr. Carlsen also served as the Manager of Treasury and Control at SAS Service Partner, the Director of Strategic Control of Swissair Associated Companies, and the Vice President of Corporate Finance at Gate Gourmet. He serves as the Chairman of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, CI-II K/S, CI-III K/S & NMF K/S, and Chairman of the Investment Committee; IV K/S.

Ms. Karen Dyrskjot Boesen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she was the Chief Financial Officer at Sonnedix. Ms. Boesen served as the Country Manager of Total Myanmar and Chief Financial Officer of Total E&P UK, Finance at Total Group. She was the Chief Financial Officer, UK and head office corporate leadership roles within finance, performance management, and strategy, Maersk Oil.

Mr. Rune Keldsen has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Technology and Innovation Division of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Digital Officer and an Executive Vice President of Nuuday from 2019 to 2020. He also served as the Senior Vice President of YouSee Digital Tribe from 2017 to 2019. He also worked as the Head of Digital Platforms and Vice President of Digital Program at YouSee from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Keldsen served as the Senior Commercial Manager at TDC Play from 2013 to 2015. Previously, he worked as the Vice President of Project Management at 24/7 Entertainment from 2011 to 2013 and Team Leader to Business Unit Manager at ScanJour from 2006 to 2011.

Ms. Erika Markvardsen has been the Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President of People Division at the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Human Resources and Global Human Resources Partner at DFDS. Ms. Markvardsen served as the Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Atos IT Solutions and Services. She also served as the Global Human Resources Partner and Head of Recruitment at FLSmidth.
