Mr. Claus V. Hemmingsen has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. Presently, he also serves as the Managing Director of CVH Consulting ApS. He served as the Vice Chief Executive Officer at A.P. Moller-Maersk A/S and Chief Executive Officer of Energy division. He holds Directorship at Den A.P. Mollerske Stottefund., International Chamber of Shipping, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and EU-Hong Kong Business Coordination Committee. Co-Currently He he also serves as the Chairman of Maersk Drilling (The Drilling Company of 1972 A/S) and HusCompagniet A/S; and as a Director of A.P. Moller Holding A/S, Den A.P. Mollerske Stottefond, A.P. Mr. Torbsen Carlsen has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Partner of Odin Equity Partners; the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of e-gatematrix; and a Director and Partner of Polaris Private Equity. Mr. Carlsen also served as the Manager of Treasury and Control at SAS Service Partner, the Director of Strategic Control of Swissair Associated Companies, and the Vice President of Corporate Finance at Gate Gourmet. He serves as the Chairman of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, CI-II K/S, CI-III K/S & NMF K/S, Chairman of the Investment Committee; IV K/S and Chairman of Limited Partner Advisory Committees.

Ms. Karina Deacon has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nilfisk Holding A/S from 2016 to 2019. Ms. Deacon also worked as the Regional Chief Financial Officer of ISS A/S from 2012 to 2016; Chief Financial Officer of Saxo Bank A/S from 2008 to 2012. Earlier, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Landic Property from 2006 to 2008; and Head of Corporate Affairs, Finance and Control, Investor Relations, and Group Controller at ISS A/S from 1997 to 2006. Previously, she served as an Auditor at Price Waterhouse from 1993 to 1997.

Mr. Rune Keldsen has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President for IT and Digital Division of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Digital Officer and an Executive Vice President of Nuuday from 2019 to 2020. He also served as the Senior Vice President of YouSee Digital Tribe from 2017 to 2019. He also worked as the Head of Digital Platforms and Vice President of Digital Program at YouSee from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Keldsen served as the Senior Commercial Manager at TDC Play from 2013 to 2015. Previously, he worked as the Vice President of Project Management at 24/7 Entertainment from 2011 to 2013 and Team Leader to Business Unit Manager at ScanJour from 2006 to 2011.

Ms. Anne-Christine Ahrenkiel has been the Chief People Officer and an Executive Vice President for People Division of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President for Human Resource at Egmont from 2015 to 2019. Ms. Ahrenkiel worked as the Senior Director and Global Human Resources Business Partner at Maersk Line from 2013 to 2015. Earlier, she also served as the Regional Human Resource Director for North Asia at Damco from 2011 to 2013. She also held various leadership roles at A. P. Moller-Maersk Group from 2007 to 2011. Previously, she served as a Management Consultant at Accenture and NNIT from 1999 to 2007 and Head of Section at Danish Public Administration from 1995 to 1999. Earlier, she served as a Shipping Trainee at A. P. Moller-Maersk from 1989 to 1993.
