Mr. Ngau Boon Keat serves as the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he held various positions with increasing responsibility from Product Engineer to Engineering Manager from 1975 to 1980. M. Keat also served as the Refinery Engineer with Mobil Singapore Pte Ltd in 1972. He also serves as the Chairman of Pengerang Independent Terminals Sdn Bhd and Director of Johor Petroleum Development Corporation Berhad since 2012.

Mr. Mustaffa Kamal Bin Abu Bakar has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. He served as a Director of Business Development; Chief Executive Officer of Dialog E & C Sdn. Bhd. and Dialog Plant Services Sdn. Bhd. Mr. Bakar also worked with Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for 5 years and with other oil and gas-related companies in design consultancy, construction and fabrication, and maintenance & specialized services.

Mr. Keith Collins has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Upstream Oil and Gas of the company. Mr. Collins has more than 41 years of oil and gas experience and expertise in upstream management, drilling and field development activities abroad and in Malaysia.

Ms. Zainab Binti Mohd Salleh has been the Chief Financial Officer, Director and Joint Secretary of the company since 2007. She joined the company in 1995 as an Accountant. Ms. Salleh has over 29 years of working experience in auditing and financial management. She worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and other companies responsible for financial and cost management accounting.
