Mr. Octavio Marquez has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the company from February 2023 to September 2023. Previously, he also served as the Executive Vice President of Global Banking of the company from 2020 to 2022. Earlier, he held various positions in the company including, Senior Vice President of the Americas region from 2016 to 2020 and headed the Latin American region. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Treasurer and Tax at the company from 2021 to 2023. Previously, he also served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company from 2016 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Ferro Corporation.

Ms. Teresa Ostapower has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Technology Transformation, Architecture and Operations; and Chief Digital Officer at AT&T.

Ms. Elizabeth C. Radigan has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2023. Previously, she served as a Chief People Officer of the company from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, she also served as a Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, she served as an Attorney of Jones Day, a global law firm.

Ms. Susan Malcolm has been the Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Head of Ethics and Compliance at the company. Previously, she held several legal and regulatory roles, including Head of Ethics and building compliance program at BT Group plc.
