Mr. YM Tengku Dato’ Sri Azmil Zahruddin bin Raja Abdul Aziz has been the Chairman of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Interim Chairman at Celcom Axiata Bhd from 2022 to 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Investment Officer at Khazanah Nasional Bhd. He also served as a Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Malaysia Airlines. Earlier, he served in various leadership roles at Penerbangan Malaysia Bhd and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Zahruddin served as a Chairman of UEM Group and Themed Attractions Resorts & Hotels Sdn Bhd and Director roles in Axiata Group Bhd, IHH Healthcare Bhd, and Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Center Bhd (MaGIC).

Mr. Albern Murty has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022 and the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd. Previously, he served in various roles including as Head of Strategy and New Business, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Operating Officer and has held roles in Project Planning and Controls, Product Management, and Product Development since 2002. Earlier, he served in business and commercial management roles at Lucent Technologies.

Mr. Dennis Chia has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at StarHub. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of STATS ChiPAC Worldwide and Vice President of Finance at Lear Corp. Mr. Chia also held multiple Chief Financial Officer and Finance leadership positions in the field of IT, semiconductor, automotive and oil and gas companies.

Mr. Kesavan Sivabalan has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Network Officer and Head of Technology Operations at Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Access Network at Vodafone Australia. Mr. Sivabalan has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications industry in several Asian and European markets including Malaysia, Germany, Australia, Cambodia, Vietnam and Bangladesh, working with network vendors like Lucent and Ericsson, and operators like Maxis and Vodafone.

Mr. Joachim Rajaram has been the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles including Vice President-Head of Corporate Communications in Telenor Myanmar. Earlier, he also served as the Head of Communications and Sustainability for Digi.
