DigitalBridge Group Inc: Executives

Mr. Marc Ganzi has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Digital Bridge Holdings from 2013 to 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Ganzi served as the Consulting Partner at DB Capital Partners from 2000 to 2002. Currently, he also serves as a Director of Andean Telecom Partners, Vantage Data Centers, ExteNet Systems, GD Towers, Vertical Bridge and Zayo Group.

Mr. Thomas Mayrhofer has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at EJF Capital LLC. Previously, Mr Mayrhofer served for The Carlyle Group in various financial roles across all of the firm's products—including private equity, energy, real estate, and credit.

Mr. Liam Stewart has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company’s Digital IM segment from 2020 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation from 2015 to 2020. He also served as the Senior Vice President and Management Partner at Global Tower Partners.

Ms. Tracey Teh serves as the Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Prior to this, she was a Senior Manager at PwC.

Mr. Stephen Stryker has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at Väarde Partners. Mr. Stryker was also the Senior Manager at Ernst & Young.
