Mr. Richard J. Dahl has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. He served as a Director of the company from 2010 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the James Campbell Company, LLC. He served as and Chairman of International Rectifier, Inc from 2008 to 2015. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer and President at Dole Food Company, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. He serves as a Chairman of IDACORP, Inc., Idaho Power Company, and as Director of Hawaiian Electric Industries Inc.

Mr. John Peyton has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Realogy Franchise Group LLC. Prior to Realogy, Mr. John spent 17 years with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide holding various positions including Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Chief Operations Officer, North America Hotel Division.

Mr. Vance Chang has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Exer Urgent Care and YOGAWORKS. Previously, he worked for Pressed Juicery, Moelis & Company, Deloitte & Touche, and Oracle.

Mr. Allison Hall has been the Senior Vice President, and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Corporate Controller at the company. He served in various positions at the company including as Vice President and Corporate Controller; Executive Director; and Director, Assistant Controller at the company. Previously, he served as Corporate Controller at J2 Global. He also served with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Justin Skelton has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, Mr. Skelton served as Acting Chief Information Officer. Previously, Skelton served as Vice President, IT Infrastructure and Operations in the company. Previously, Skelton served as Vice President, Infrastructure, Support, and Operations at CVS Health. He also held various leadership positions at Bank of America, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer within the Insurance Services division as well as Chief Technology Officer for the home loans and insurance division.
