Mr. Keh Shew Lu has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Before this, he served as a Partner at the WK Technology Venture Fund and from 1998 to 2001, he also served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Mixed-Signal and Logic Products at Texas Instruments (TI). Previously, Dr. Lu served as the Manager of TI's worldwide memory business and the President at TI Asia from 1994 to 1997.

Mr. Gary Yu has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2025. He also serves as the President and Director of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Groups at the company.

Mr. Brett D Whitmire has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company and a Director of Global Supply Chain. Previously, Mr. Whitmire served at Freescale Semiconductor as the Chief Financial Officer for the Analog and Sensors Division.

Mr. Francis Tang has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, served as the company’s Vice President, Senior Vice President and Global Product Manager. Prior to this, Mr. Tang served as the general manager of T2 Microelectronics in Shanghai, China. Earlier, he also served as senior strategic marketing director for Acer Labs, Inc. USA.

Ms. Sheana Chen has been the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Compliance Officer, and Vice President of Corporate Operations of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel with Texas Instruments and a Partner at Baker & McKenzie. Ms.Chen has 20 years of extensive international experience, including the semiconductor industry, international commercial transactions and supply chain, mergers and acquisitions, IP strategies, ethics and compliance, enterprise risk management, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
