Ms. Olaug Svarva has been the Chairperson of the bank since April 2018. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer at Folketrygdfondet from 2006 to 2018. She also served as a Board Member at various committees. Previously, she served as an Investment Director at Sparebank 1 Livsforsikring AS from 2004 to 2006.

Ms. Kjerstin Braathen has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since September 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of the bank from 2017 to 2019. Previously, she served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking Norway for the company. Earlier, she served in Hydro Agri International and has experience in Shipping, Offshore and Logistics at SOL, in Oslo.

Ms. Ida Lerner is the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Group Executive Vice President of Group Risk Management and General Manager of DNB CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East and Africa) in London . She was the head of customer analysis for Northern Europe, the Middle East and Africa at DNB’s London office. Previously she worked for HSBC as Global Relationship Manager.

Ms. Anne Sigrun Moen is the Group Executive Vice President People of the bank since 2021. Prior to this, she served as senior advisor and as head of various division within Human Resource in the bank. She joined DNB in 2007. Previously, she worked for The Norwegian Tax Administration as the Director , DNV Maritime as HR Manager, principal consultant in DNV Learning and educational advisor in DNV Veritasskolen.
