Mr. David P. Rowland has been the Chairman of the company since February 2026 and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Accenture plc from September 2019 to September 2021. Prior to this, he served as Accenture’s Interim Chief Executive Officer from January 2019 to September 2019. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Accenture from 2013 to 2019 and Senior Vice President, Finance from September 2006 to July 2013. Mr. Rowland served as a Director of Accenture from January 2019 to September 2021.

Mr. Todd J. Vasos has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from June 2015 to November 2022. He also served as Senior Advisor from November 2022 until his retirement in April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2008 to November 2008 and Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer 2001 to 2008 at Longs Drug Stores Corp. He also served as a Director of KeyCorp in July 2020.

Biography: Mr. Donny H. Lau has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2025. Prior to rejoining the company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Zaxby’s Franchising LLC from July 2023 to October 2025. Prior to this, Mr. Lau served at Dollar General’s Finance organization, including Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief Strategy Officer; Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer; Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy; and Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development. He joined Dollar General in 2017. He also served in several financial planning, investor relations and corporate strategy roles of increasing responsibility at Yum! Brands, Inc. from 2011 to 2017. Earlier, Mr. Lau served as Vice President, Investment Banking, with Morgan Keegan & Company from 2010 to 2011, and with Morgan Joseph from 2004 to 2010.

Ms. Emily C. Taylor has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since November 2025. Previously, she was the Chief Merchandising Officer and Executive Vice President of the company from September 2020 to November 2025. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President of channel innovation at the company from September 2019 to September 2020. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Pricing & Merchandise Data Optimization in March 2011. She served as Vice President of Merchandising Operations from March 2012 to April 2014 and Senior Vice President, General Merchandise Manager in April 2014. Ms. Taylor joined the company in 1998 and held roles of increasing responsibility in investor relations, financial planning and analysis, merchandise planning, pricing and merchandising operations.

Ms. Anita C. Elliott has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since December 2015. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and Controller of the company from August 2005 to December 2015. Prior to joining the company, she served as the Vice President and Controller of Big Lots, Inc., from May 2001 to August 2005. Ms. Elliot also served as the Vice President and Controller of Jitney-Jungle Stores of America Inc., from April 1998 to March 2001. She also worked at Ernst & Young LLP.
