Mr. Robert M. Blue has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dominion since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at the company from 2020 to 2021. he served as the Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of the company from December 2019 to September 2020. Mr. Blue was the President of Dominion Virginia Power. He was also the Senior Vice President of Regulation, Law, Energy Solutions, and Policy. Before this, he was also the Senior Vice President of Public Policy and Corporate Communications at the company. He served as the Vice President of State and Federal Affairs at the company.

Mr. Steven D. Ridge has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the company from 2022 to 2023. He was also the President of Questar Gas from October 2022 to November 2022. Mr. Ridge was also the Vice President and General Manager of Western Distribution from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he was also the Vice President of Investor Relations at DES from 2019 to 2021.

Mr. Gary G. Ratliff has been the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Accounting and Controller at the company. Mr. Ratliff was the Director of Accounting at the company. He also worked in public accounting and corporate audit and financial reporting roles.

Ms. Corynne S. Arnett has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Regulatory and Customer Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she was the Executive Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Customer Experience from 2024 to 2025. Ms. Arnett was the Senior Vice President–Regulatory Affairs and Customer Experience from 2019 to 2024. Previously, she was the Vice President of Customer Service of Dominion Energy Virginia and Vice President of Financial Management and Power Generation Group at the company.

Mr. Carlos M. Brown has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative and Projects Officer, Secretary and President of Dominion Energy Services at the company since 2025. Prior to this, he worked as the Executive Vice President, President of Dominion Energy Services, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company from 2024 to 2025. he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of the company from 2022 to 2023. Mr. Brown was also the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the company from 2019 to 2022.
