Mr. Matt Shattock has been the Chairman and Director of the company since March 2020. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Beam Suntory Inc. He also served as Chairman of Beam Suntory Inc. Previously he also worked with Cadbury plc and Unilever. Presently, he serves as Chair of The Clorox Company and Director of VF Corporation.

Mr. Andrew Rennie has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of France and Belgium from 2006 to 2010, Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of its Australia and New Zealand business from 2010 to 2013, and Chief Executive Officer of its European business from 2014 to 2020 at Domino’s Pizza Group plc.

Mr. Edward Jamieson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since October 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Regional Finance Director UK and Ireland at Just Eat Takeaway plc (Just Eat). He held various senior finance roles at Aggreko plc, Amazon Inc, and Diageo plc.

Ms. Sarah Barron has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this, she served as Chief Growth Officer at Costa Coffee. Previously, she worked with various brands including Green & Blacks, Boots, and Cadbury.

Ms. Natalia Barsegiyan has been a Non-executive Director of the company since September 2020. Previously, she spent 14 years at Yum! Brands, Inc. where she held several senior positions, such as Chief Financial Officer at Taco Bell, Chief Commercial Officer of Yum! Brands and General Manager of Pizza Hut Europe.
