Mr. Svein Richard Brandtzaeg has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Vicechairman of Den norske Bank from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Veidekke from 2019 to 2022. Prior to this, he also served as the Head of Norwegian Government Committee on Business and Industry development in Norway from 2019 to 2021, and Director of SCR Sibelco from 2019 to 2020.

Mr. Till Reuter has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Kuka AG from 2009 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Swisslog Holding AG.

Mr. Rene Peter has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2024 to 2025. Prior to this, he served as Head of Global Controlling of the company from 2019 to 2024. Prior to this, he served various roles including Senior Vice President of Finance, Access Solutions EMEA and Vice President, Access Data Solutions EMEA/APAC at the company. Prior to this, he also served at Ascom including Division Controller Laboratory Division and Regional Controller Europe & North Asia from 2005 to 2009. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Finance of Swiss Diary Food AG, Zurich, Switzerland from 2000 to 2001.

Mr. Carsten Franke has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of the company from 2020 to 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operations Officer for Business Area EMEA of of Electrolux Home Products Cooperation NV from 2015 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President Supply Chain EMEA of Electrolux Home Products Cooperation NV from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, he served as Head of Operations at KNORR-BREMSE Australia. Earlier, Mr. Franke held various leadership roles at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen, including Director of Program Industrial Engineering, Operations Manager, Project Manager Industrial Engineering.

Mr. Christian Baur has been the Chief Transformation Officer and President of Key & Wall Solutions and OEM at Dormakaba Holding since 2025. Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer of Hormann Industries GmbH from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, he also served as Chief Executive Officer of Swisslog and Chief Operating Officr of Swisslog Holding from 2015 to 2022. Earlier, Mr. Baur served as Head of M&A and Corporate Development at KUKA AG Augsburg, Germany from 2013 to 2015.
