Mr. Richard J. Tobin has been the Chairman of the company since February 2024. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since May 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Dover; and Chief Executive Officer of CNH Industrial NV from 2013 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Fiat Industrial SpA; and the President and Chief Executive Officer of CNH Global NV from 2012 to 2013. Earlier, he served as the and the Chief Financial Officer of CNH Global NV from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Information Technology of SGS Group from 2004 to 2010. Previously, he also served as the Chief Operating Officer for North America at SGS Group from 2002 to 2004.

Mr. Brad M. Cerepak has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since May 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the company from 2009 to 2011.

Ms. Kimberly K. Bors has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company include since January 2020. Prior to this, she also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of The Mosaic Company from July 2017 to December 2018 and as Senior Vice President of human Resources & Administration for Schneider, North America at Schneider Electric from September 2014 to June 2017.

Mr. Girish Juneja has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of the company since May 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and General Manager of the Marketplace Solutions Business of Altisource from 2014 to 2017. Earlier, he also served as the General Manager of Big Data Software Products and Chief Technology Officer of Datacenter Software at Intel Corp from 2012 to 2014.
