Mr. K. Satish Reddy is the Chairman of the company since 2015. He joined the company in 1993 as an Executive Director and since then has held positions of increasing responsibility as Managing Director in 1997 and Vice-Chairman & Managing Director in 2013. Mr. Satish led the organisation's transition from a uni-focused manufacturer of APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients) to a company that moved up the value-chain with a product portfolio of Finished Dosage Formulations.

Mr. G V Prasad is the Co-Chairman and Managing Director and the of the company since 2021. He leads the core team at Dr. Reddy's that has contributed significantly to its transformation from a mid-sized domestic operation into a worldwide pharmaceutical conglomerate. Mr. Prasad has been a member of the Board of Directors at Dr. Reddy's since 1984 and joined in a full-time capacity in 1990 as the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Mr. Erez Israeli has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2018. Prior to this, he has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Enzymotec. Prior to this, Mr. Israeli served in senior positions including Vice President of Marketing and Sales for North America, Vice President Asia Operations, President Teva API, Group Executive Vice President, Head of Global Quality, and President & Chief Executive Officer of Growth Markets.

Mr. Parag Agarwal has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Health at Reckitt Benckiser PLC. Previously, he held various roles at Reckitt Benckiser PLC.

Biography: Mr. Marc Kikuchi has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of North America Generics since 2019. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, Americas, of Zydus Pharmaceuticals USA Inc from 2016 to 2018. Mr. Marc previously served as the Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing and Procurement Officer of AmerisourceBergen from September 2014 to September 2016. Prior to this, Mr. Marc served at AmerisourceBergen as the Senior Vice President of Global Generics from 2012 to 2014; Vice President of Global Generics Supply Chain Management from 2007 to 2012; and Vice President of Supply Chain Services between 2005 and 2007. He has also held various leadership roles in Johnson & Johnson, Medrad Inc, PRTM, and Incyte Pharmaceuticals.
