Mr. Gert-Hartwig Lescow has been the Chief Financial Officer, Head of IT, and Vice Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he was the Head of Corporate Development at Voith AG from september 2006 to february 2008. He also served as Head of Finance at Mobilcom AG from 2002 to 2006. He also worked as a Management Consultant for McKinsey & Company from 1995 to 2001.

Ms. Maria Dietz has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as the Head of Global Purchasing at GFT Technologies AG, Stuttgart from 2010 to 2015. Earlier, she served as the Head of Legal and Group Audit, GFT Technologies AG, Stuttgart from 2004 to 2010. She also served as the Head of Human Resources and Marketing, GFT Technologies AG from 1998 to 2204. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Marketing at Wesser Informatik GmbH, Stuttgart from 1989 to 1990. Previously, she served as Marketing Consultant at Atlantic Consultants GmbH from 1988 to 1989.

Mr. Stefan Drager has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2004 to 2005. Previously he served as a Member of the Executive Board in 2003. Before this, he served as Head of the Intensive Care Business Unit of the company from 1999 to 2002 and Head of Product Management, Gas Detection Systems from 1995 to 1999. Previously, he worked as a Consultant Engineer for process control systems in Fichtner, Germany from 1987 to 1991.

Ms. Stefanie Hirsch has been the Chief Sustainability and Quality Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the President of Quality & Regulatory Affairs and as Vice President of Quality & Regulatory Affairs for the company. Ms. Hirsch has also served as Senior Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs EMEA & ASPAC and Director Quality & Regulatory Affairs EMEA for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics; Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs Asia/Pacific, Quality Manager (Quality Site Head), Process Team Manager / Technical Product Manager, Manager Auditing & Quality Consulting, and Manager Quality Systems for Abbott GmbH & Co. KG; Manager Auditing/PQA/Reg. Affairs for Abbott Diagnostics Division, Transfer Project Manager for Abbott GmbH & Co. KG, and as Quality Assurance Senior Specialist for Abbott GmbH & Co. KG.

Mr. Stefan Lauer has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. Before this, he served as Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of Lufthansa Cargo AG from 2000 to 2013.
