Mr. Jerry Norcia has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2022. Prior to this he served as President of DTE Energy . Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2016 to 2019; and President of DTE Electric, DTE Gas and the Gas Storage and Pipelines. Previously, Mr. Norcia served as the Vice President of Business Development for Union Gas. He also serves as a member of The Skillman Foundation board of trustees; and Director of the American Gas Association.

Mr. David Ruud has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development at the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President at Power and Industrial at the company. Mr. Ruud was the Vice President and Partner at L.E.K. Consulting.

Ms. Joi Harris is the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company. Previously, she served various positions in fields such as distribution ?eld operations, system control and transmission operations.

Mr. Mark C. Rolling has been the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of DTE Energy since March 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Treasurer; Vice President, of Investor Relations, Controller of DTE Gas; Director of Investor Relations, and Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and Assistant General Auditor of the company. Prior to joining DTE Energy, Mr. Rolling worked at Chrysler Corporation.

Mr. Steven B. Ambrose is the Chief Information Officer and a Vice President of DTE Energy. Prior to this, Mr. Ambrose serves as the Director of Enterprise Performance Management of the company. He joined the company in 1988.
