Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer from May 2021 to August 2022; and Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation and Administrative Officer of the company from 2019 to 2021. He has also served as Duke Energy's Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Mr. Savoy joined the company in 2001 as a manager in trading unit.
