Mr. Nick Wilkinson has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since February 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive at Evans Cycles from 2011 to 2016. Prior to this, he also served as the Chief Executive of Maxeda DIY from 2007 to 2010. He served as the Group Buying Director and Managing Director of Curry’s of Dixons Retail Group from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Nick also served as the Managing Director of Currys at Dixons Retail Group from 1999 to 2006. Earlier, he worked at Unilever and McKinsey & Co.

Ms. Karen Witts has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Kingfisher at Compass Group from 2019 to 2021. Previously, she also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Kingfisher from 2012 to 2019. Earlier, Ms. Witts served the senior finance, strategic and operational roles of Vodafone from 2010 and 2012, and the BT Group from 1999 to 2010.

Ms. Alison Brittain has been the Chairwoman of the company since January 2023. Previously, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Whitbread PLC from 2015 to 2023. Prior to this, she held several senior roles in the UK banking industry, as Group Director in the Retail Division of Lloyds Banking Group PLC from 2011 to 2015. Ms. Brittain also served as a Director of Santander UK PLC from 2007 to 2011 and Barclays PLC from 1987 to 2007.

Mr. John Gahagan has been the Chief Technology and Information Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global Customer Experience Operations and Business Operations at Sonos. He also held several commercial and supply chain roles at Amazon and merchandising and supply chain roles at Shop Direct and WHSmith.
