Mr. Edward D. Breen has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company from 2017 to 2019; and Chief Executive Officer of DuPont from 2015 to 2017. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tyco International plc from 2002 to 2012. Prior to Tyco, Mr. Breen held various senior management positions at Motorola from 2000 to 2002, including as President and Chief Operating Officer. Before Motorola, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of General Instrument Corporation from December 1997 to January 2000. Previously, he was the President of the Broadband Networks Group for General Instrument, President of Eastern Operations for the Communications Division, and served as Executive Vice President of Terrestrial Systems. Currently, Mr. Breen also serves as a Director of Comcast Corporation and a member of the Advisory Board of New Mountain Capital LLC.

Ms. Lori D. Koch has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since February 2020. Prior to this, she worked in finance for several multi-billion dollar business units including Packaging and Industrial Polymers, Performance Polymers, and Performance Materials. Ms. Lori also served in key finance roles at Comcast Business Communications and Lucent Technologies. She joined the company in the year 2003. Currently, Ms. Lori serves as a Director of Aceto Corp, a leading global virtual manufacturer of life sciences materials and technology.

Mr. Raj Ratnakar has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of DuPont since June 2019. Prior to this, he worked as the Chief Strategy Officer for Fortive, a publicly traded spin-off of Danaher from 2015 to June 2019. He has experience in senior strategy roles at both Danaher and TE Connectivity.

Mr. Steve Larrabee has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since June 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer for the Specialty Products Division of DowDuPont from June 2017 to June 2019. From March 2016 to May 2017, Mr. Larrabee consulted through At Last Business Solutions. He held the role of Chief Information Officer for Mars, Incorporated from 2009, extending it in 2011 to become the President, of Mars Global Services until 2016.

Mr. Daryl Roberts has been the company's Chief Operations & Engineering Officer since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Operations, Technology and Regulatory Compliance and Director of Health and Safety.
