Mr. Gerhard Federer has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He held various positions at Schunk-Group from 2003 to 2013 including Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He also held various roles at Schoeller & Hoesch and Glatfelter Company such as Head of Finance and Information Technology, Commercial Director, and Vice President. He served as the Head of Business Planning at Heinrich Heine from 1988 to 1989; and Head of Planning and Control/Marketing Controller at E. Scheurich Pharmwerk from 1982 to 1988; and Assistant to the Managing Director at Paschal-Werk G.Maier from 1980 to 1982.

Mr. Arnd Zinnhardt is the Additional Deputy Chairman of the company. He is a Founder and Managing Director for Z5 Invest GmbH. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Software AG. He also worked with BDO AG and Ernst & Young.

Mr. Jochen Weyrauch has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he also served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Schenck Process Holding GmbH from 2006 to 2014. Prior to this, he also served as Chief Operating officer at Carl Schenck AG from 2003 to 2005. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Turbo-Lufttechnik GmbH (TLT).

Mr. Dietmar Heinrich has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Measuring and Process Systems of the company. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Schaeffler AG from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer Europe of Schaeffler Group from 2014 to 2017; Chief Financial Officer Europe from 2011 to 2014; and Vice President of the Linear Technology business unit from 2009 to 2011. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Asia/Pacific, Shanghai/China of Schaeffler Group from 2006 to 2009; and Chief Financial Officer Korea and a Director from 2005 to 2006. He also served as the Joint Managing Director Administration and a Director of FAG HANWHA Bearings at Schaeffler Group from 2001 to 2005. He held various roles at FAG Kugelfischer Georg Schafer AG from 1995 to 2001 including Controlling, Assistant to Chief Executive Officer, Head of Corporate Office, and Head of Production Controlling FAG OEM and Trade.
