Dr. Martin Luke Oduor-Otieno, has been the Independent Non-Executive Director and Group Chairman of EABL. Prior to his current board leadership roles, he founded and served as the CEO of The Leadership Group Limited. He previously worked with Deloitte East Africa as a Financial Services Partner and with KCB Group as the Chief Executive Officer. He has also served in the public sector as the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Finance and Planning and The Treasury in the Government of Kenya. Concurrently, he serves as the Chairman of Kenya Breweries Limited and UDV (Kenya) Limited, and as a Non-Executive Director for BAT Kenya Plc, Standard Bank Group, and Standard Bank of South Africa.

Ms. Jane Karuku has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and Managing Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director of Kenya Breweries Ltd from 2015 to 2021. Previously, Ms. Karuku worked as the President of Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA). She has more than 20 years of experience in FMCG and Non-Governmental organizations. Earlier, she served as the Deputy Chief Executive and Secretary General of Telkom Kenya and Managing Director of Cadbury East and Central Africa. Ms. Karuku also worked with Farmers Choice Kenya and Kenya Cooperative Creameries.

Mr. Justin Mollel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2026. Previously, he served as the Financial Director of Diageo Ireland.
