Mr. Mark J. Costa has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eastman since July 2014. Prior to this, he served as the President and a Director of the company since 2013. He also held other positions including Executive Vice President, Polymers Business Group; Head and Chief Marketing Officer; Executive Vice President, Specialty Polymers, Coatings and Adhesives and Chief Marketing Officer. He joined the company in June 2006 as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Marketing. Prior to joining Eastman, Mr. Costa served as a Senior Partner with Monitor Group.

Mr. William T. McLain, Jr. has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, Mr. McLain served as the company's Vice President, Finance. Mr. McLain also worked as Corporate Controller; Treasurer; and Director, Finance for Asia Pacific. He joined Eastman in 2000. Prior to joining Eastman, he, worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Michelle Stewart is the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company since 2021. Preceding this, she served as an auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick. Prior to this, she held positions with increasing responsibility at the financial organization.

Mr. Christopher M. Killian has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Technology of the AFP and CI segment. Preceding this, he served as Corporate Technology and Vice President of Technology for the AM segment.

Mr. Kellye L. Walker has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2020. Prior to this, Mr. Walker served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. from 2015 to 2020. Previously, he served as Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary at American Water Works Co. He served in many senior leadership experience spanning multiple industries.
