Mr. James V. Continenza has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since July 2020. He also served at Vivial Media LLC as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from June 2021 to January 2022. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Vivial Inc from 2012 to 2021. He also served as the Director of of NII Holdings, Inc. from 2015 to 2019, and President at STi Prepaid, LLC from 2010 to 2011. Earlier, he worked as a Director of Cenveo Corporation from September 2018 to September 2022 and Datasite LLC from July 2013 to December 2020. He also held various leadership roles at STi Prepaid, LLC, Anchor Glass Container Corp., Teligent, Inc., Lucent Technologies Product Finance and AT&T Inc. Currently, Mr. Continenza serves as a Director of Wildcat Discovery Technologies, Inc.

Mr. David Bullwinkle has been the Chief Financial Officer, and Senior Vice President of the company since July 2016. He also served as the President of Eastman Business Park at the company from 2018 to 2023. Prior to this, he served in several financial management roles of the company including the Worldwide BU Controller, the Assistant Corporate Controller and the External Reporting Manager. Mr. Bullwinkle also served as the Director of Investor Relations from August 2013 to June 2016, and Vice President of Finance, and Director of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis from November 2010 to June 2016 at the company. Previously, Mr. Bullwinkle worked as the Manager of Financial Reporting at Birds Eye Foods, Inc. He also served as the Assurance Manager PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1996 to 2002.

Mr. Rich Michaels has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Company’s Assistant Corporate Controller from 2011 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Controller of Graphics Communications Group and several other controller positions. Mr. Michaels also served as the Assurance Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1995 to 2004.

Ms. Denisse Goldbarg is the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of EAMER Sales of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Global Chief Operating Officer at mGage, and Chief Marketing Officer at Vivial Inc. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Marketing at Time Warner Cable. Ms. Goldbarg held various senior sales and marketing roles at Tachyon, Teligent, MCI, Colgate Palmolive and Booz, and Allen & Hamilton.

Mr. Terry R. Taber has been the Chief Technical Officer, Vice President and Senior Vice President of Advanced Materials and Chemicals of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Advanced Materials and 3D Printing Technology Division from 2017 to 2020, and President of the Intellectual Property Solutions Division from 2015 to 2017 at the company. He also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Kodak’s Image Sensor Solutions (ISS) business. Previously, he also held various senior positions in Kodak’s research and development and product organizations.
