Mr. Paul S. Pressler has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Operating Advisor of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice from 2009 to 2020. Previously, Mr. Pressler served as the Chairman of several companies including David’s Bridal, Inc. from 2012 to 2018, SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. from to 2013 to 2017, and AssuraMed Holding, Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Earlier, he worked as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Gap, Inc. from 2002 to 2007. He also held various senior leadership roles for 15 years at The Walt Disney Company, including Chairman of the global theme park and resorts division, President of Disneyland, and The Disney Stores.

Mr. Jamie Iannone has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Walmart eCommerce and held various roles at Walmart, including the Chief Executive Officer of SamClub.com, and Executive Vice President of the membership and technology. Mr. Iannone worked as the Executive Vice President of digital products at Barnes & Noble, Inc. Earlier, he also held various roles at eBay from 2001 to 2009, including leading Product Marketing, Search, and Buyer Experience. He served at Epinions.com and Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Iannone, served as a Board of Directors of The Children’s Place.

Ms Julie Loeger has been the Chief Growth Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President and President of U.S. Cards of Discover Financial Services. Previously, she held various marketing positions at Anheuser Busch, Inc.

Ms. Peggy Alford has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2025. Currently, she serves as the Director of Meta Platforms, Inc. Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President, Global Sales of PayPal Holdings Inc from 2020 to 2024. Previously, she served as PayPal’s Senior Vice President, Core Markets, from March 2019 to February 2020, and as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative from 2017 to 2019.

Mr. Mazen Rawashdeh has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Technology Operations at the company. Previously, Mr. Rawashdeh worked as the Vice President of infrastructure engineering and operations at Twitter and held various technical roles at Oracle Corporation and LoudCloud.
