Mr. Bruno Bensasson has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of the company and Senior Executive Vice President for Renewable Energies since April 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Engie Africa from 2016 to 2018; Executive Vice President of Renewable Energy at GDF SUEZ Energie Europe in July 2014 and Chief Executive Officer of GDF SUEZ Energie France from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Bensasson served as the Director of Strategy and Sustainable Development in GDF SUEZ and Director of Economic Studies in the Development and Strategy Department from 2007 to 2011.

Mr. Aymeric Ducrocq has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Investor Relations of the company in 2017 and worked as the EDF Group’s Head of M&A in 2016. Mr. Ducrocq joined the Ministry of Finance’s State Shareholding Agency in the year 2011; Executive Director for France on International Monetary Fund from 2009 to 2011 and joined IMF as Adviser in 2008.

Mr. Bruno Fyot has been Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Électricite de Strasbourg Group from 2011 to 2015; Director for B2B supply at EDF from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Fyot also served as the Program Director of the company in 2005; Managing Director for B2B and Director for Call Centre Operations in 2002. He joined EDF Energy in the year 2000. Mr. Fyot served as the Head of local distribution and supply business unit of EDF GDF Services in 1997 and as an advisor for IT strategy of EDF GDF Services from 1994 to 1997.

Mr. Vincent Gayrard serves as the Chief Digital & Information Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Innovation Director of the Transformation and Operational Efficiency Division from 2019 to 2020; Director of Digital Transformation for the IT Services Department from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Gayrard led the creation of Group IT Operator with EDF's main international subsidiaries.
