Pedro J. Pizarro

Prior to this, he served as President of SCE from October 2014 to May 2016 and EME from 2011 to 2014, and held various positions in the company, including Executive Vice President for SCE’s transmission and distribution system, procurement of conventional and renewable power, and gas-fired and hydroelectric power production facilities; Vice President and Senior Vice President of Power Procurement and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Pizarro served as the Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company.
Maria Rigatti
Chief Financial Officer; Executive Vice President Senior ManagementMs. Maria Rigatti has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Edison since September 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SCE from July 2014 to September 2016. Ms. Rigatti also served as the President of Edison Mission Reorganization Trust from April 2014 to June 2014; and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EME March 2011 to March 2014.
Steven D. Powell
President; Chief Executive Officer - SCE Senior ManagementMr. Steven D Powell is the President since December 2021. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SCE. Prior to this role, he was the Executive Vice President-Operations for SCE from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President, Strategy, Planning and Operational Performance for SCE from 2018 to 2019 and as the Vice President, Strategy & Integrated Planning for SCE from 2016 to 2018.
