Ms. Emma Reeve has been the Chairwoman of the company since June 2023. She serves as a Director of the company since September 2021. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Pharmaceuticals, Inc and she served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller of Parexel International. Previously she served as Chief Financial Officer of both Inotek Pharmaceuticals and Aton Pharma and senior finance and operational roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Merck, and Novartis.

Mr. Gilmore O’Neill has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 2022. Prior to this he served as a Executive Vice President of R&D, Chief Medical Officer at Sarepta Therapeutics from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this he served leaderships roles at Biogen and mostly for Senior Vice President. He also served as Board of Directors at Unity Biotechnology Inc.

Mr. Erick J. Lucera has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of AVEO Pharmaceuticals and Valeritas and Vice President, Corporate Development at Aratana Therapeutics.

Ms. Linea Aspesi has been the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this she served as a Chief Human Resources Officer at Forma Therapeutics and Saniona. Previously she served as a Vice President and Head of Human Resources and Office Management for North America at Sobi, Inc. Ms. Aspesi previously served at Sanofi and Genzyme.

Dr. Baisong Mei has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the company since July 2022. Previously, he served as Senior Global Project Head in Rare Disease and Rare Blood Disorders at Sanofi. Dr. Mei also served as the Therapeutic Area Head for Hematology Clinical Development at Biogen.
