Mr. Miguel Stilwell D Andrade has been Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer from 2020 to 2021 and Chief Financial Officer of EDP Group from 2018 to 2021. Mr. Andrade also served as the Board of Directors of Energias do Brasil, E-Redes and EDP Inovacao; Chairman of InovGrid ACE and Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of Hidroelectrica del Cantabrico and Naturgas Energia. Mr. Stilwell worked in the area of Strategy, Corporate Development, Merger and Acquisition and was the Director in his starting phase of the career.

Mr. Rui Manuel Rodrigues Lopes Teixeira has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2021. He also worked as the member of Executive committee of the company. Prior to this he worked as Member of the Board of Directors of several subsidiaries of EDP Renewables, and Member of the Board of Directors of EDP Energias de Portugal, S.A. Mr. Teixeira also worked as Assistant director of the commercial naval department of Gellweiler— Sociedade Equipamentos Maritimos e Industriais, Lda, Project manager and ship surveyor for Det Norske Veritas and Consultant at McKinsey & Company, focusing on energy, shipping, and retail banking in his starting phase of the career.

Mr. Antonio Gomes Mota has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he has served as the Chairman of CTT, Dean of ISCTE Business School. Mr. Mota worked as a consultant in several large firms. He also served as the Dean at ISCTE Business School and the President for Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance.
