Mr Bernard Zovighian has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the President of Lifesciences of the company. He served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Edwards' Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies business.

Mr. Scott B. Ullem serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Vice President of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bemis Company Inc from May 2010 to December 2013. Before joining Bemis, Mr. Ullem served as the Managing Director at Goldman Sachs and at Bank of America. His investment banking experience spans 17 years. He also serves on the Compensation Committee and Board and of Berry Global Inc since 2016.

Dr. Todd J. Brinton serves as the Chief Scientific Officer and the Corporate Vice President of Advanced Technology at Edwards since February 2019. Before joining Edwards, he served as an Adjunct Professor of Bioengineering and Clinical Professor of Medicine (cardiology) at the Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Brinton has been the Fellowship Director at the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign since 2006. He also serves as the Co-Director for both the graduate and executive education programs at Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign.
