Mr. Alexander Classen has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as a Managing Partner of Bedrock, Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Coutts International from 2011 to 2015. He also worked as the Head of EMEA, at Morgan Stanley International.

Mr. Piergiorgio Pradelli has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since January 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank from 2014 to 2018 and Chief Financial Officer of the bank from 2012 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Head of International Operations at Eurobank Ergasias SA from 2006 to 2012. He served as the Deputy Finance Director for EFG Bank European Financial Group SA from 2003 to 2006. Earlier, he served in various positions such as the Head of Private and Business Banking at Italy, Head of Business Development for private clients and Assets Management Group and Head of Business Development for Personal Banking at Frankfurt in Deutsche Bank from 1991 to 2003.

Mr. Dimitris Politis has been the Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of SETE SA. Previously, he served at Eurobank Ergasias SA and worked in several senior positions including General Manager and Head of Strategy and Investor Relations. He started his career in 1995 at the Charles River Associates management consulting firm.

Mr. Martin Freiermuth has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since August 2020. He served as member of the Boards of Directors for IWI – International Wealth Insurer – in Luxembourg from 2015 to 2016 and for the Luxemburg Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2020. Previously, he worked at Banque Internationale a Luxembourg in 2014, as Group Head Products and Solutions, in October 2018 as Group Head Products and Markets.

Mr. Enrico Piotto has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he has served as Head of Lending for Wealth Management Europe at Deutsche Bank since 2018. He held various senior roles at UBS AG, including Chief Risk Officer for Wealth Management Europe, Emerging Markets and Global Head of Wealth Management Transaction Decisions from 2003 to 2018.
