Mr. Benoit de Ruffray has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2016. He also serves as the Chairman of the company’s Energy Systems Division. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Soletanche Freyssinet from 2015 to 2016, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bouygues Batiment International from 2008 to 2015, and the Chief Executive Officer of Dragages Hong Kong from 2003 until 2007. He began his career at Bouygues Group in 1990. Mr. Ruffray serves as the Chairman of Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and Fondact.

Mr. Christian Cassayre has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served at Vinci Group as the Head of Financial Coordination of Grand Projects Division from 2010 to 2011 and as the Chief Financial Officer of Vinci Construction Grand Projects from 2006 to 2010. Mr. Cassayre also served at Campenon Bernard as an Administrative Manager and Financial Director of Europe from 1998 to 2001, and an Administrative Manager from 1990 until 1998.

Mr. Olivier Berthelot serves as the Chairman of the Construction division at the company. He held various roles at the company, including Director of several subsidiaries in the Paris area, Director of Eiffage Construction Major Projects and Eiffage Genie Civil, Regional Director, Special Projects Director at Eiffage Concessions and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Eiffage Construction. He joined the company in 1991 as a Property Programme Manager.

Ms. Cecile Cambier has been the Director of Concessions at the company since 2021. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of Societe Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carenage (SMTPC) and the Chairwoman of Prado Sud. Previously, she served as the Regional Director of Vinci Concession in 2008. Prior to this, Ms. Cambier served as the Project Manager of Eiffage Concessions in 2004. She began her career as an Engineer at Eiffage Construction in 2003.
