Mr. Zhang Wei has been an Executive Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since August 2022. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Weiye Holdings Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Henan Fenghua Industry Limited Company. He also served as the General Manager of Henan Province Port Company. Mr. Wei also served as the General Manager and Managing Director of Henan Xinfeng Property Co Ltd. He was the Manager of Operations at China Construction No. 7 Central Co, and Assistant Manager of Henan Xinya Property Co Ltd.

Mr. Zhuang Xin has been the Vice President of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Financial Controller at Weiye Holdings Limited. Previously, he has 5 years of audit experience with a Singapore local audit firm and has in-depth knowledge and experience in the construction industry.

Mr. Chua Boon Ping has been the Financial Controller of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he worked in Giken Sakata (S) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GSS Energy Limited, where he held various roles over the years within the finance department before assuming the position of Financial Controller, and was responsible for overseeing financial matters and corporate affairs of the company. Prior to this, He also worked as an auditor with a Singapore local audit firm.

Ms. Jiang Nan has been a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Chairman of Beijing Tianrong Wealth Investment Fund Management Limited. Ms. Nan was the Chairman of Beijing Jinhongda Financial Advisory Limited.
