Mr. Yasuhiko Katoh has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company since June, 2018. He also serves as the Special Advisor at Mitsui E&S Co (MESC) Ltd since July 2020 and Chair of the hhc Governance Committee of the Company. Mr. Yasuhiko Katoh served as the Chair of the compensation committee of the company. Mr. Katoh served at MESC as the Director and Senior Advisor; the Chairman, Representative Director and President from June 2007 till May 2013. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mitsui Babcock Energy Ltd; the President of Mitsui Zosen Europe Ltd.

Mr. Haruo Naito has been the Chief Executive Officer, Representative Corporate Officer and Director of Eisai Co., Ltd. since June 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Director of Research and Development Promotion, General Manager of Research and Development, Managing Director, Representative Director, Deputy President and Senior Managing Director of the company.
