Mr. Edward Escudero has been the Chairman of the company. He also serves as a President and Chief Executive Officer at High Desert Capital, LLC. Prior to this, he served as a Secretary and Chief Financial Officer at Petro Stopping Centers, LP.

Ms. Kelly A. Tomblin is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director at El Paso. Prior to El Paso, she served as Chief Executive Officer of INTREN llc. Previously, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Jamaica Public Service Company. Earlier, she also served as the Vice President for International Powe. Before this, she also served as the President of Pennsylvania Electric Company. She started her career as an attorney with K&L Gates, LLP and Pennsylvania Electric Company.

Ms. Lisa Budtke is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, she held various positions such as Treasurer, Assistant Secretary and Director of Finance for Petro Stopping Centers, L.P. Ms. Budtke currently served as the Director of Biomedical Institute of Americas, Inc. She is also a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and Executive Forum.

Ms. Cheryl Mele is the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she was also the Vice President of Customer and Employee Services at El Paso Electric. She was also the Deputy General Manager and Chief Operating Office at Austin Energy . Ms. Mele also worked as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Office at ERCOT.
