Mr. Michael G. Maselli has been the Chairman of the company since 2011. He is a Managing Director of Trimaran Fund Management L.L.C andVice President of Acquisitions of GX Acquisition Corp. Prior to joining Trimaran, in February 2003, Mr. Maselli worked in the Corporate and Leverage Finance Groups of Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce World Markets, Managing Director in Bear Stearns’ corporate finance group and Vice President at Kidder Peabody & Co Inc. He served on the board of ChanceLight Inc until 2018. From 2013 to 2015, he was a Director of Norcraft Companies Inc, Standard Steel, LLC, and Chairman of CB Holding Corp.

Ms. Elizabeth Williams has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this she served as Chief Executive Officer at Outfox Hospitality. Previously she served as Chief Financial Officer and President of Taco Bell International.

Mr. Ira Fils has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2022. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary with The Habit Restaurants, LLC from 2008 to 2022; and as the Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2008 and a Vice President, Finance from 2003 to 2005 with Mimi’s Cafe.

Ms Maria Hollandsworth has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since 2024. Prior to this she served as interim Chief Executive Officer and President of the company.

Mr. Dean C. Kehler has been the Director of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the Manager at Trimaran Fund II. Currently, he also serves as the Co-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GX Acquisition Corp. Previously, he also worked as the Vice Chairman of CIBC World Markets Corp.
