Mr. Lawrence E. Kurzius has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Executive Chairman of McCormick & Company, Inc. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of McCormick from 2016 to 2023 and President from 2015 to 2022. Earlier, he also held various leadership roles at McCormick, including President and Chief Operating Officer; Chief Administrative Officer; President, International Businesses; President, Europe, Middle East and Africa; President, U.S. Consumer Foods. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Zatarain’s from 1997 to 2004 and Vice President and Marketing Director from 1991 to 1997.

Mr. Jeffrey N. Simmons has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company's animal health division from 2008 to 2018. Mr. Simmons has also served in various leadership roles as the International Marketing Manager, Country Director for Brazil, Area Director for Western Europe, and Executive Director for the US and Global Research and Development at the company. He has more than 30 years of experience in the life sciences industry.

Mr. Robert VanHimbergen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Hillenbrand Inc from April 2022 to June 2025. Prior to this, Mr. VanHimbergen served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Johnson Controls International Plc. Prior to Johnson Mr. VanHimbergen worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
