Mr. David A. Ricks has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President and Senior Vice President of Lilly Bio-Medicines. Mr. Ricks served as the President of Lilly USA, President and General Manager of Lilly China and General Manager, Director of Pharmaceutical Marketing and National Sales Director of Lilly Canada. He also serves on the Board of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership and the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) and chairs the Riley Children’s Foundation Board of Governors.

Ms. Anat Ashkenazi has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Lilly Research Laboratories since 2016; and Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Lilly Diabetes and Lilly global manufacturing and quality. She has also worked in financial services at Ma’alot Standard & Poor’s and at Ha'poalim Bank in Israel.

Dr. Daniel M. Skovronsky has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Scientific Officer of the company; and President of Lilly Research Laboratories and Immunology since 2024. Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President of Clinical and Product Development of Lilly. Dr. Skovronsky also held various roles, including Vice President, Tailored Therapeutics; Vice President, Diabetes Research at Lilly and Chief Executive Officer of Avid Radiopharmaceuticals Inc.

Mr. Diogo Rau has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Digital Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Director of Information Systems and Technology for retail and online stores of Apple Inc. from 2011 to 2021. Mr. Rau has also served as a partner at McKinsey & Company; Consultant at A.T. Kearney; and later founded GiftGateway,

Mr. Alonzo Weems serves as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he has been the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Corporate Legal Functions, and General Counsel for Lilly USA; General Counsel for Biomedicines and Diabetes; General Counsel in Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan and China; General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Lilly Canada; and Director for Global Workforce Diversity from 2006 to 2008.
