Mr. Alexandre Goncalves Silva has been the Chairman of the company since 2011. He also serves as Director for several companies, including Nitroquimica and Iochpe-Maxion. Mr. Silva was the Chief Executive Officer of GE in Brazil from 2001 to 2007. He also serves a Pro-Bono Director of AMCHAM Brazil.

Mr. Francisco Gomes Neto has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Americas at Marcopolo Group from 2010 to 2015. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mann-Hummel NAFTA from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Neto served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mann-Hummel Brazil from 2000 to 2008. Prior to this, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Knorr from 1996 to 2000. He also served several positions at Knorr Bremse Brazil as Technical Assistance Manager, Application Engineering Manager, Commercial Manager, and Executive Director from 1984 to 1996.

Ms. Fabiana Klajner Leschziner has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the company since 2016. Previously, she served as the Legal Director for Brazil and the Andean Region at DuPont do Brasil from January 2016 to June 2016 and Director of Legal and Government Affairs for Brazil from 2002 to 2015. Ms. Leschziner also served as an Associate at Davis Polk and Wardwell office in New York from July 1998 to December 2001.

Mr. Antonio Carlos Garcia has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Global Chief Financial Officer of ThyssenKrupp. Previously, Mr. Garcia worked for six years at the ZF Group and over 18 years at the Siemens Group.
