Mr. Cletus C. Glasener has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Leonardo US Corporation. Previously, he held executive and senior positions at L-3 Technologies, Inc. and Collins Industries, Inc. Earlier, Mr. Glasener served in senior positions for over 20 years at Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc.

Mr. Jeffrey Rittichier has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nanostatics Corp from 2009 to 2014. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Epik Energy Solutions, LLC and NanoDynamics, Inc from 2007 to 2009. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Xponent Photonics, Inc. from 2001 to 2007. Earlier, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Lucent’s Access Business and Vice President of Marketing at Ortel Corp from 1999 to 2001.

Mr. Tom Minichiello has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Secretary at Westell Technologies. Prior to this, Mr. Minichiello served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Financial Operations, and Vice President of Finance for North America at Tellabs. Earlier, he served at Andrew Corporation, Phelps Dodge, Otis Elevator, and United Technologies Corp.
