Dr. Zsolt Harsanyi has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. He has also served as the Chairman of N-Gene Research Laboratories Inc since 2011. Prior to this, Dr. Harsanyi served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Exponential Biotherapies Inc from 2004 to 2011. He has also been the Director of Aptevo Therapeutics Inc and President at Porton International Plc.

Mr. Joseph C. Papa has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2024.

Mr. Richard S. Lindahl has been the Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at CEB Inc. Earlier, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Sprint Nextel Corporation, Vice President and Treasurer of Nextel Communications, Inc.

Mr. Adam R. Havey has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since June 2021. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of business operations from April 2017 to June 2021. He also served as Executive Vice President and President of the biodefense division since 2011. Prior to this, he has served in various leadership positions including President of Emergent Biodefense Operations Lansing LLC, Vice President of business operations, and Senior Director of the manufacturing development. Before joining the company in 2003, Mr. Havey was responsible for product development for Eli Lilly.

Ms. Michelle Pepin is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to her this, Michelle served in HR functions in the automotive and food industries.
