Mr. James S. Turley has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Currently, he also serves as a Ditector of Citigroup, Inc., Northrop Grumman Corporation and Precigen, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Ernst & Young from 2001 to 2013. Previously, he served as a Director and member of the Audit, Executive and Risk Management Committees of Citigroup, Inc. He also served as a Director and member of the Audit and Governance Committees of Northrop Grumman Corporation; and Director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee of Precigen, Inc.

Mr. Surendralal L. Karsanbhai has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as an Executive President of Automation Solutions at the company from 2018 to 2021. He also served as the President of Measurement & Analytical at the company from 2016 to 2018 and President of Emerson Network Power Europe, Middle East, and Africa from 2014 to 2016. Previously, Mr. Karsanbhai served as the Vice President of Planning from 2012 to 2014, and President of Emerson’s Fisher regulator technologies in 2008. Earlier, he served in several business development positions of increasing responsibility in the company. He also worked as the Vice President of the Regulator Technologies Business from 2002 to 2005, Vice President and General Manager of natural gas at Gallardon. Mr. Karsanbhai joined the company as an international planner in 1995.

Mr. Michael J. Baughman has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since May 2023. He also serves as the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Controller of the company from 2017 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Controller, Vice President of Finance, Global Operations, R&D, and Quality from 2015 to 2017, and Vice President of Finance, Medical Products from 2013 to 2015 at Baxter International Inc.

Mr. Ram R. Krishnan has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since February 2021. Prior to this role, he served as the President of Final Control at Emerson from 2017 to 2021. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Final Control in 2017 and President Flow Solutions from 2016 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Profit Planning and Perfect Execution from 2015 to 2016, President of Climate Technologies in Asia in 2011 and President of refrigeration in 2007 at Emerson. He also worked as the Vice President and General Manager of gas chromatographs from 2004 to 2005, and President of analytical liquid of the company. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for valve automation in 2000. Mr. Krishnan joined the company as a Project Engineer in 1994.

Mr. Peter Zornio has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since December 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Technology Officer of Automation Solutions business from June 2017 to December 2022, Chief Strategy Officer of Automation Solutions and Systems and Solutions from June 2006 to June 2017 at Emerson. He also held various product and industry marketing, project implementation and technology positions at Honeywell. Currently, he serves as a Director of Emerson Ventures.
