Mr. Hesham Abdulla Al Qassim is the Managing Director and Vice Chairman of the bank. He also serves as the Chairman of Dubai Sports Corporation and Dubai Autism Centre. Previously, he worked with wasl Asset Management Group.

Mr. Shayne Nelson is theChief Executive Officer of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman at Standard Chartered Saadiq Islamic Advisory Board and Director at Standard Chartered Bank (China) Ltd. Mr. Nelson also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Standard Chartered Private Bank Singapore. Previously, he served as the Chairman at Standard Chartered (Pakistan) Limited. Earlier, he served as the Chief Risk Officer for Wholesale Banking, Regional Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking Audit in the Asia Pacific Region and India in Standard Chartered Bank.

Mr. H.H.Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum has been the Chairman of Emirates NBD since June 2011. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, which includes Dnata. He holds a number of Government positions and plays pivotal role in the Emirates's finance and energy sectors.

Ms. Huda Syed Naim AlHashimi has been a Director of the bank and and Emirates Islamic Bank P.J.S.C. in February 2022. She also serves as a Director of “Digital School” as well as a of the UAE Gender Balance Council and Dubai Women Establishment. She is also working as a Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Strategic Affairs.

Mr. Khalid Juma Al Majid has been a Director of the bank since 2022. He also serves as the Vice Chairman of Juma Al Majid Group of Companies, the conglomerate Juma Al Majid Group. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Central Bank of the UAE from 2010 to 2019. He also served as a Director of Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
