Mr. Hesham Abdulla Qassim Al Qassim serves as the Managing Director and Vice Chairman of the bank. He also serves as the Chairman of Dubai Sports Corporation and Dubai Autism Center. Previously, he worked with wasl Asset Management Group.

Mr. Vijay Bains has been the Chief Sustainability Officer and Group Head of ESG of the bank since 2022. Previously, he served in various leadership positions at European Bank of Reconstruction & Development, the World Bank and Lloyds Banking Group. He also worked in consulting for KPMG UK in Sustainable Finance & ESG Strategy. He held extensive experience in sustainable finance framework design, due diligence, and sustainability risk management.

Mr. Manoj Chawla has been the Group Chief Risk Officer of the bank since 2013. Previously, he served as Senior Banker. He also held various years of experience in risk management, including enterprise and regulatory risk, model development, and validation, wholesale and retail credit, global markets, private banking, and operational risk management.

Mr. Patrick Sullivan has been the Group Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2020. Previously, he served as a Group Financial Controller of SC China, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Finance of Wholesale Banking at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to this, he also served in various senior leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Banking & Capital Markets in multiple countries.

Ms. Eman Abdulrazzaq serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer of the bank. She also serves as a Director of Emaar Properties, Dubai Refreshment Company, and Emirates Institute of Finance. Previously, she served as a Regional Head of Human Resources, Strategy, and Planning, and as Chief of Staff for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkiye at HSBC Bank Middle East Ltd.
