Mr. Hesham Abdulla Qassim Al Qassim serves as the Managing Director and Vice Chairman of the bank. He also serves as the Chairman of Dubai Sports Corporation and Dubai Autism Center. Previously, he worked with wasl Asset Management Group.

Mr. Shayne Nelson is the Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman at Standard Chartered Saadiq Islamic Advisory Board and Director at Standard Chartered Bank (China) Ltd. Mr. Nelson also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Standard Chartered Private Bank Singapore. Previously, he served as the Chairman at Standard Chartered (Pakistan) Limited. Earlier, he served as the Chief Risk Officer for Wholesale Banking, and Regional Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking Audit in the Asia Pacific Region and India in Standard Chartered Bank.

Mr. Patrick Sullivan serves as Chief Financial Officer of the bank. Previously, he served as a Group Financial Controller of SC China, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Finance of Wholesale Banking at Standard Chartered Bank. Prior to this, he also served in various senior leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Banking & Capital Markets in multiple countries.

Ms. Eman Abdulrazzaq serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the bank. She also serves as a Director of Emaar Properties, Dubai Refreshment Company, and Emirates Institute of Finance. Previously, she served as a Regional Head of Human Resources, Strategy, and Planning, and as Chief of Staff for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkiye at HSBC Bank Middle East Ltd.

Mr. Manoj Chawla serves as the Chief Risk Officer of the bank. Previously, he served as Senior Banker. He also held various years of experience in risk management, including enterprise and regulatory risk, model development, and validation, wholesale and retail credit, global markets, private banking, and operational risk management.
