Mr. Urs Riedener has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023. Previously, he served as Head of Marketing and Member of the Executive Board at Migros Cooperative from 2000 to 2008. Earlier, he held various management positions at Lindt & Sprungli Group from 1995 to 2000. Prior to this, he held various positions at Kraft Jacobs Suchard Group from 1992 to 1995. Currently, he also serves as Board of Directors of Bystronic AG.

Ms. Ricarda Demarmels has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2023. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2019 to January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at ORIOR Group from 2015 and 2018. She also served as the Investment Director of Capvis Equity Partners from 2009 to 2014. Ms. Ricarda Demarmels also served as the Project Manager of Oliver Wyman Financial Services from 2005 to 2009. Earlier, she served as the Research Assistant of Swiss National Bank from 2002 to 2003.

Mr. Oliver Wasem has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2024. Prior to this, he served as Head of Corporate Governance and Investor Relations.

Mr. Raffael Payer has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Restaurant, Retail & E-Commerce at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Marketing at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company from 2019 to 2022. He also held the position of Marketing Director at Lindt & Sprungli from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Payer served as a Key Account Manager at Mars Schweiz AG from 2014 to 2016, and as a Group Brand Manager Bars from 2012 to 2014. He began his career at Mars Schweiz AG as a Brand Manager Bars from 2011 to 2012.

Mr. Kai Konecke has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Supply Chain at Unilever Germany, Austria-Switzerland from 2012 to 2016. Previously, Mr. Konecke served as the General Manager of Fulfillment Center Rheinberg, Amazon from 2011 to 2012. He also served as the Plant Director of the facility in Viersen of Mars (Effems). Earlier, he also served the various supply chain roles, including Head of Logistics Germany and Head of Development of Supply Chain Management Europe of Mars (Effems).
