Mr. James M. Dickson has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. He serves as a Counsel of Stewart McKelvey. Mr. Dickson has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities. He also serves as a Director of Clearwater Seafoods Inc. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Regents of Mount Allison University and IWK Health Centre Foundation.

Mr. Michael Medline has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2017. Previously, he held various senior retail leadership roles including as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Tire Corporation. Earlier, he served as the Corporate Counsel of PepsiCo Canada. Mr. Medline held various roles including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development of Abitibi Consolidated Inc. He serves as a Director of SickKids Foundation, Grocery Foundation and The Sobey Foundation.

Mr. Matt Reindel has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Finance Business Support of the company from 2019 to 2021. Previously, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Nestle Nutrition North America region from 2012 to 2019, Global Head of Market Reporting at Nestle SA, and Director of Finance at Nestle USA.

Mr. Pierre St-Laurent has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Retail Operations and Business Development for Sobeys Quebec. Mr. Laurent joined the company in 1991 and held various senior roles in finance, distribution and logistics, retail operations, and business development.

Mr. Sandra Sanderson serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served various roles at P&G, Kraft, and Coca-Cola. Previously, she served as the General Manager of Brand Marketing at Canada Post, and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Universal Studios. Ms. Sanderson held the roles of Senior Vice President of Marketing at Shoppers Drug Mart and Chief Marketing & Quality Officer at Walmart Canada. She also served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at White House Black Market.
