Mr. James M. Dickson has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. He serves as a Counsel of Stewart McKelvey. Mr. Dickson has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities. He also serves as a Director of Clearwater Seafoods Inc and SeaFort Capital. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Regents of Mount Allison University and IWK Health Center Foundation.

Mr. Pierre St-Laurent has been the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Retail Operations and Business Development at Sobeys Quebec.

Mr. Constantine Pefanis has been Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Leon’s Furniture Limited. Earlier, he served as Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.

Ms. Julia Knox is the Chief Technology and Analytics Officer and Chief Privacy Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Merchandising Services and Retail Enablement of the company. She served as the Senior Vice President of E-Commerce and Chief Merchandising Officer for the non-food businesses at Giant Tiger. She also held senior roles at H-E-B Grocery Company and worked in strategy consulting at Monitor Group.

Mr. Sandra Sanderson is the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served various roles at P&G, Kraft, and Coca-Cola. Previously, she served as the General Manager of Brand Marketing at Canada Post, and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Universal Studios. Ms. Sanderson held the roles of Senior Vice President of Marketing at Shoppers Drug Mart and Chief Marketing & Quality Officer at Walmart Canada. She also served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at White House Black Market.
