Empresas CMPC SA: Executives

Mr. Luis Felipe Gazitua has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Forestal O’Higgins SA since 2001. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Almendral SA and the Vice Chairman of Entel Chile SA. Earlier, he served as a Director of Minera Valparaiso SA since 2001.

Mr. Francisco Ruiz has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of CMPC Forestry/Pulp since 2016. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of CMPC Forestal since 2011. Mr. Ruiz also served as the Chief Executive Officer of CMPC Productos de Papel, which later merged with CMPC Biopackaging. Earlier, he held several positions in the company including the Chief Executive Officer of Celulosa del Pacifico, Chief Financial Operations Officer of CMPC, and Chief Executive Officer of Papelera del Plata.

Mr. Ignacio Goldsack Trebilcock has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as a Director and Head of Corporates at Deutsche Bank in Chile.

Mr. Rafael Cox Montt has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2010. Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief Legal Officer and In-House Counsel of the company from 2010 to 2016.

Mr. Jose Antonio Correa Garcia has been the Chief Corporate Development Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Administration and Head of Business Development of CMPC Pulp. He joined the company in 2004.
