Mr. Robert G. Gwin has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Director of Pembina Pipeline Corporation since May 2020. Prior to Anadarko Petroleum Corporation’s acquisition by Occidental Petroleum in August 2019, Mr. Walker served as the President from November 2018 to August 2019 and its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from February 2009 to November 2018.

Mr. Rodney J. Sailor has been the President,Director and Chief Executive Officer of Enable Midstream Partners since January 2016. He also serves as a Director of the company. Previously, Mr. Sailor served as Chief Financial Officer from March 2014 to December 2015 and as Executive Vice President from April 2014 to December 2015. He also worked as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WPX Energy, Inc; and as Vice President and Treasurer of the Williams Companies, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Sailor served in various capacities, including finance, accounting and business development roles for The Williams Companies, Inc.

Mr. John P. Laws has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enable Midstream Partners since January 2016. He also serves Treasurer of the company since December 2013. Previously, Mr. Laws held the positions of Vice President; and Vice President of Planning and Development of Enable Oklahoma Intrastate Transmission, LLC from May 2013 to December 2013. He also served as Vice President of Planning and Development of Enogex Holdings, LLC from November 2011 to May 2013; and Managing Director of Finance of Enogex from January 2010 to November 2011.

Mr. Tom Levescy has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Enogex.

Ms. Deanna J. Farmer has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Enable Midstream Partners since September 2014. Prior to that, Ms. Farmer served as the Vice President of Corporate Services and Chief Information Officer; and as Vice President of Corporate Services and Human Resources of the general partner of Access Midstream Partners, LP. She also served as Director of Finance and Information Management of the general partner of Chesapeake Midstream Partners, LP; and Director of Information Technology of Chesapeake Energy, Inc.
