Mr. Antonio Llarden Carratala has been the Chairman of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Dean of Colegio de Ingenieros and Member and Chairman of Economics Commission of Social Council of Universidad Autonoma of Barcelona. Mr. Carratala also served on the Governing Board of Sedigas and Eurogas; and Director of Espanol de la Energia. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Foundation for Energy and Environmental Sustainability; a Member of the Business Action Council of the CEOE, and Foro de Dirigentes of the Business Leadership Forum; a Member of Board of Trustees of Escuela Superior de Musica Reina Sofia; and a Member of the Board of Protectors of Teatro Real.

Mr. Arturo Gonzalo Aizpiri has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Mr. Aizpiri also served as the President of the Spanish Committee of the World Energy Council and vice-president of the Spanish Energy Club. he has also serves as the General Director of People and Organization or General Director of Environment Agency of the Community of Madrid and General Director of Environmental Policy and General Secretary for the Prevention of Pollution and Climate Change.

Mr. Luis Romero is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Affiliates Manager at the company. He was also the Business Development Manager at the company. Previously, he held roles relatred to Management Control and Business Analysis Manager at the company. Mr. Romero was also the Organisation and Quality Specialist at the company.
