Mr. Antonio Llarden Carratala has been the Chairman of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Dean of Colegio de Ingenieros; and Member and Chairman of Economics Commission of Social Council of Universidad Autonoma of Barcelona. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Foundation for Energy and Environmental Sustainability; a Member of the Business Action Council of the CEOE, and Foro de Dirigentes of the Business Leadership Forum; a Member of Board of Trustees of Escuela Superior de Musica Reina Sofia; and a Member of the Board of Protectors of Teatro Real. Mr. Carratala also served on the Governing Board of Sedigas and Eurogas; and Director of Espanol de la Energia.

Mr. Arturo Gonzalo Aizpiri has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2022. He also served as the General Director of People and Organization or General Director of Communication, Institutional Relations and Chairmanship at Repsol. Mr. Aizpiri also served as the President of the Spanish Committee of the World Energy Council and vice-president of the Spanish Energy Club.
