Prieviously, she worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Cook Service AG from 2008 to 2010. Ms. Ruckert-Hennen was also the Director of Quality, Customer, and Process Manager of Thomas Cook AG from 1999 to 2008. She was also the Head of Personnel , Law and Administration at Air Marin Flugreisen GmbH from 1992 to 1998.

Mr. Peter Heydecker has been the Chief Operating Officer of Sustainable Generation Infrastructure at the company since 2024. Prior to this, he was the Head of Trading at the company from 2017 to 2024. He was also the Head of European Power at Vitol AG from 2012 to 2017. Mr. Heydecker was also the Head of Trading and Services at ALPIQ AG from 2009 to 2012. He worked as the Head of Trading and Sales at EOS from 2003 to 2009. Previously, he was also the Head of Southern European Power Trading and Origination at Hess Energy Trading Company from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Heydecker was also the Director of Contenental Power Trading at Enron Europe from 1999 to 2001. He served as the Head of Atel AG from 1998 to 1999.
