Mr. Georg Stamatelopoulos has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, he served as the company's Chief Operating Officer of Sustainable Generation infrastructure and Senior Vice President of Generation. Prieviously, she worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Cook Service AG from 2008 to 2010. Ms. Ruckert-Hennen was also the Director of Quality, Customer, and Process Manager of Thomas Cook AG from 1999 to 2008. She was also the Head of Personnel , Law and Administration at Air Marin Flugreisen GmbH from 1992 to 1998.

Mr. Dirk Gusewell has been the Chief Operating Officer of Critical Infrastructure & Kunden at the company since 2021. Prior to this, he was also the Head of Business Unit Generation/ Portfolio Development at the company from 2014 to 2021. He was also the Chief Development Officer of EnBW Erneuerbare und Konventionelle Erzeugung AG from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Gusewell was also the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of EnBW Erneuerbare Energien GmbH from 2008 to 2013. Previously, he was also the Head of Coordination Generation infrastructure at the company from 2005 to 2008. He served as the Head of Business and Organizational Development at EnBW Kraftwerke AG from 2001 to 2005.
