Mr. Trevor Smith has been the Chairman of the company since August 2016. He joined the company as a Director in 2013. Earlier, he held several managerial roles including Chief Information Officer for the EMEA region at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. John Cotterell as been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2000. He founded Concise which merged with Compudava in April 2006 to form Endava. He started his career with Hoskyns (now Capgemini) and has experience of business practices in the IT industry.

Mr. Mark Thurston has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2015. He has experience in the IT and Telecoms sectors. Earlier, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Cascal NV. He also served as UK Finance Director at COLT Telecom. Previously, he was the Deputy Finance Director of Xansa plc.

Mr. Julian Bull serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. He sales and marketing director from 2001 to 2016. He has over 20 years experience in the IT sector focusing on IT for the Financial Services sector.

Ms. Helena Nimmo is the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to joining Endava, she worked in multiple sectors and organizations including Thomson Reuters, Cancer Research UK, Fujitsu, and Symbian. Ms. Helena has more than 20 years of experience in change and organizational design through product development, data management, and technology transformation. She started her technology career with Nokia.
