Mr. Juan Sanchez- Calero Guilarte is the Chairman of the company. Currently, he serves as a Director of the Banking and Securities Law Magazine since 2009 and also Member of Editorial and Scientific Boards of the main Spanish Publications. He also serves as a Partner of Sanchez Calero Law Firm and Professor of Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law of the Complutense University of Madrid since 1997. Mr. Guilarte has been the Lawyer in practice since 1983.

Mr. Gianni Vittorio Armani has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Elettricita Futura. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Grids and Innovation at Enel from 2023 to 2026. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Iren SpA from 2021 to 2023. He also served as the Director of Strategy, Regulation, and Business Development at A2A from 2020 to 2023. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Anas SpA from 2015 to 2018.

Mr. Borja Acha Besga is the Secretary General and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Endesa SA. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Endesa's Legal Department of Endesa from 1998 to 2013. Previously, he served as the Director of the Legal Department and Company Secretariat of the Enel Group from 2012 to 2015. He also served as the Director of the Legal Department of Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Besga served as the Secretary General and Secretary of the Board of Directors and a Director of the Legal Department of the State Industrial Agency from 1996 to 1997. He served as a State Attorney and Head of the Regional Legal Service of Madrid of the Spanish Revenue Service from 1995 to 1996, and as a State Attorney of the State Legal Service before the Higher Court of Justice of Madrid from 1991 to 1995.
